‘Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum’ will likely be launched on December 17 2027.
The spin-off film of the hit franchise – which relies on the guide collection by J.R.R. Tolkien – will see Andy Serkis reprise his position because the titular monster, and on Thursday (08.05.25) builders New Line Cinema and Warner Bros introduced the official launch date.
In addition to starring, Serkis will tackle the position of director, while Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, and Philippa Boyens will serve as soon as once more as producer on the venture.
