Bay Faction make their long-awaited return with the enthralling "Drive Home"

Boston outfit Bay Faction have returned from a four-year hiatus with their new single “Drive Dwelling”. Bringing angsty vocal flicks and driving vitality, the brand new tune captures the nostalgia and head-banging drums of the emo-tinged different rock of the noughties, with the meticulous manufacturing and artistically curated autotune and synth-work of the present pop house. The monitor is clean-cut and intentional, with no house for over-production- making their melancholy but dance-worthy melodies shine.

The only presents a moment-by-moment documentation of a dangerously intimate encounter with a passenger because the band’s lead singer, James McDermott, does his greatest to securely navigate the chasm. The band have undeniably spent the previous 4 years evolving, and “Drive Dwelling” encapsulates their development right into a fantastically catchy and various house.

“We’re thrilled to be again, and beginning with ‘Drive Dwelling’ simply felt proper,” says James. “The music is impressed by certainly one of our favorite stretches of freeway, Interstate 95, between NYC and Boston.”
