The Ellie Rowsell-fronted indie band have not put out a full-length studio effort since 2021’s ‘Blue Weekend’, and final February, it was introduced that Wolf Alice had departed Soiled Hit to signal with Columbia Information.
This week, a fan of the band posted to X, “had a dream final evening that wolf alice introduced their new album,” to which the group responded: “Dream or imaginative and prescient?”
Fan web page @gherkinrowsell then posted: “Wolf Alice are BACK.”
Bass participant Theo Ellis reacted with an egg timer to counsel the countdown is on for LP4.
Followers began speculating on Reddit that new music is on means after the ‘Do not Delete The Kisses’ band have been confirmed for Glasto in March.
The Mercury Prize-winning indie rockers launched the EP ‘Blue Lullaby’, lullaby variations of songs from their acclaimed LP ‘Blue Weekend’, in 2022.
