Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard directs new music video for late Beatles legend

Finn Wolfhard has stepped behind the digital camera to direct a model‑new music video honouring the legacy of George Harrison.

The Stranger Issues star teamed up with a bunch of Canadian artists on the brand new stop-motion clip for his 1973 hit Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth).

It took the work of 20 stop-motion artists who constructed all of it by hand.

The bold manufacturing was spearheaded by Toronto’s No person Informed Me Studios in collaboration with Tye Down Photos.

The 22-year-old actor and musician – who portrays Mike Wheeler on hit Netflix sequence Stranger Issues – revealed how significant the undertaking was to him, describing the collaboration as a profession spotlight.

He stated: “To work with the Harrison household and produce this video to life with a workforce of unimaginable younger Canadian artists has been an incredible honour.”

Wolfhard went on to replicate on the non-public influence Harrison’s music has had on him.

The video takes the viewer on a journey by means of Harrison’s personal state, Friar Park, in Henley-On-Thames, with many nods to the musician’s profession all through.
