Sensible Magic 2 has completed filming.

Nicole Kidman revealed manufacturing has wrapped on the eagerly anticipated sequel to the 1998 traditional, wherein she and Sandra Bullock have reprised their roles as sister witches Gillian and Sally Owens.

She wrote on Instagram: “That’s a wrap on Sensible Magic 2. Thanks to the forged crew for all of your magic.”

Nicole, 58, beforehand revealed she and Sandra, 61 – who began taking pictures in July – are thrilled to be taking part in the characters once more after a 27-year absence.

She mentioned: “We’re each like, ‘What?’ However we have been excellent again into it. Now we have this excellent feminine director, Susanne Bier. Warner Bros. is behind the movie. They usually’ve been extremely supportive in making this, going again after which increasing it.

And producer Denise Di Novi beforehand promised that followers can be “more than happy” with the sequel, which is able to draw closely from the supply materials – Alice Hoffman’s 2021 novel The E book of Magic.

She advised Leisure Weekly: “I believe (followers are) going to be more than happy. We will be very trustworthy. We’re [aware of] how vital these characters and that film are to so many individuals. We’re not going to reinvent the wheel.
