Olivia Rodrigo closed out the ultimate day of Glastonbury on Sunday with a headlining set that featured a shock look by The Treatment’s Robert Smith.
Introducing Smith as “the best songwriter to return out of England,” Rodrigo welcomed the frontman to affix her for performances of The Treatment’s traditional songs “Friday I’m in Love” and “Simply Like Heaven.”
Final month, Rodrigo introduced out David Byrne for “Burning Down the Home” throughout her headlining set at New York’s Governors Ball. She has a number of extra pageant appearances on the docket this summer season, together with Lollapalooza in Chicago and Osheaga in Montreal.
