Neil Younger has introduced 4 of his basic albums are receiving vinyl reissues. Freedom, Ragged Glory – Scent the Horse, Weld, and Arc will all be again in print on October 4th.
Notably, 1989’s Freedom consists of “Rockin’ within the Free World,” which was performed with Younger’s permission whereas vice presidential nominee Tim Walz took the stage at DNC 2024 earlier this week. Ragged Glory was launched the next 12 months and has been expanded with 4 uncommon tracks for this reissue.
In 1991, Younger put out Weld as a stay album containing recordings of performances from his tour in assist of Ragged Glory. Lastly, Arc is a companion album to Weld that includes suggestions, improvisation, guitar solos, and vocal fragments recorded throughout stay exhibits.
These albums have been first remastered for vinyl after they have been collected collectively for Younger’s Official Launch Collection Quantity 5 field set (out there for buy right here) final summer season.
Younger additionally has his Archives Vol. III (1976 – 1987) field set approaching September sixth. Pre-orders are ongoing.
