A person has been arrested for stealing flowers left at a Birmingham memorial honoring the late Ozzy Osbourne.
In accordance with BBC, West Midlands Police arrested Parviz Jafari, 45, on August 2nd and charged him with theft after being alerted that the flowers have been taken from the Broad Road memorial. He’s scheduled to seem in courtroom on September third.
1000’s of notes, memorabilia, and flowers have been left at Osbourne’s memorial following his passing from a coronary heart assault in late July.
