Jason Isaacs has confirmed his full-frontal scene in ‘The White Lotus’ season three was achieved with using a prosthetic.
The 60-year-old actor, greatest identified for enjoying Lucius Malfoy in ‘Harry Potter’, made headlines following the fourth episode of the hit HBO collection, during which his character, Tim Ratliff, inadvertently exposes himself to his household when his gown slips open.
It was a scene that rapidly turned one of the crucial talked-about moments of the season, with viewers debating whether or not Jason had bared all or if a prosthetic was used.
The incident prompts shocked reactions from Tim’s youngest kids within the present – Piper, performed by Sarah Catherine Hook, 33, and Lochlan, portrayed by 21-year-old Sam Nivola.
Hypothesis over the authenticity of the scene has now been put to relaxation by Sarah and Sam, who confirmed in an interview with TV Insider Jason used a prosthetic.
Sarah joked: “I kinda forgot about that. There’s a lot that occurs… and I blacked out.”
Sam added: “However that wasn’t his actual penis.”
Sarah agreed, saying: “It was a prosthetic… it was actually humorous, and he was very excited to do it. I feel he took pleasure within the prosthetic. He gave that man a pleasant shot.”
Sam recalled Jason arrived on set that morning and introduced enthusiastically: “It is my faux d*** scene right this moment!”
Jason himself later commented on the second in an interview, suggesting ‘The White Lotus’ creator, Mike White, 53, aimed to handle the historic imbalance in display screen nudity.
He was quoted by Decider saying: “He’s attempting to proper the steadiness of what number of bare girls I’ve seen rising up on each tv present and movie. Nudity is the factor.
