Gene Simmons insists KISS is not going to be enjoying a live performance on the Kiss Military Storms Vegas conference.

Gene Simmons has clarified that the Kiss Military Storms Vegas will not be a live performance

Regardless of the legendary exhausting rock band enjoying their last live performance at New York’s Madison Sq. Backyard in 2023, KISS had been confirmed to be enjoying an “unmasked” present in Las Vegas this November.

The transfer drew some backlash as a consequence of them calling it quits, however co-frontman Simmons has now defined that it isn’t a correct live performance and a few band members could not even be in attendance – although he hinted his solo group might present up.

The Kiss Military Storms Vegas occasion runs from November 14 till November 16.

Talking on New York’s 94.3 The Shark radio station, he mentioned: “That is far more a fan gathering. The Kiss Military … are taking up the Virgin Lodge and we are going to present up, however I do not even know if the complete band’s gonna be there. I do know Paul [Stanley] and I are gonna be there, and Tommy [Thayer]. [Former KISS guitarist] Bruce Kulick most likely will present up, and we’ll jam, reply questions and stuff. It ain’t a live performance — we’re gonna do none of that stuff. I could even carry my solo band up there only for [s****] and giggles. So that is extra a fan occasion, like a fan gathering that we’re gonna be company at.”

Former Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider was amongst these to slam Simmons and co for his or her “insulting” Vegas gig.

He penned on X (previously Twitter): “So I used to be advised as we speak {that a} @kiss reunion has been announce. 14 months since their final farewell. Which may be a brand new document for them. I can’t consider folks put up with their s***. To me it’s insulting.”

The band’s reunion plan was met with combined reactions, with the likes of Snider seeing it as a cash-grab.

Nevertheless, some KISS followers argued that the farewell tour was an finish to touring and performing with make-up and costumes, and that the band by no means dominated out one-off performances.

Twisted Sister haven’t carried out since 2016, with Snider and his fellow bandmates not having any intentions of a reunion. Though, he has argued it’s getting tougher to say no.
