Fucked Up have introduced an bold 10-part finale to their long-running Zodiac sequence, starting with the brand new album 12 months of the Goat.
The Canadian hardcore act’s Zodiac sequence is a run of albums and EPs centered across the Chinese language zodiac which have been launched along with the band’s common studio albums. The sequence started with 12 months of the Canine in 2006, with its most up-to-date entry being 2021’s 12 months of the Horse.
Now, Fucked Up are set to ship the sequence’ ultimate entry, below the collective title Grass Can Transfer Stones, damaged up into three albums (12 months of the Goat, 12 months of the Monkey, and 12 months of the Rooster), with a complete of 10 components made up of 10 vinyl sides of music: Goat (1 LP), Monkey (2 LP), Rooster (2 LP).

“We’re excited to announce Grass Can Transfer Stones, the ten half finale to our twenty-year Zodiac album cycle,” said the band. “Be a part of us over the following 12 months as we launch the 12 months of the Goat LP, the 12 months of the Monkey 2xLP, and the 12 months of the Rooster 2xLP in installments, one story unfold over nearly 5 hours of music, that dives again into the characters, narratives, and music from all our earlier zodiac information, advised by dozens of characters and particular friends.”
The assertion continues, “Sides will probably be launched (nearly) month-to-month on Bandcamp, main up to the finale aspect in October 2026, the twenty-year anniversary of the primary zodiac album, 12 months of the Canine. Vinyl will hit shops by way of this 12 months, so keep tuned.”
12 months of the Goat will probably be rolled out as follows:
- October third, 2025: Facet A arrives digitally on the official FUCKED UP Bandcamp web page.
- December fifth, 2025: Facet B arrives digitally on the official FUCKED UP Bandcamp web page.
- December twelfth, 2025: Vinyl LP hits shops worldwide, in limited-edition variants, with pre-orders starting October seventh at this location.
12 months of the Monkey will arrive in Spring 2026, whereas 12 months of the Rooster will probably be launched in Fall 2026.
