Dasha is talking out on the gender inequalities in nation music
The 25-year-old country-pop singer – who was catapulted into the highlight in 2024 because of her viral smash hit Austin – has spoken candidly concerning the gender inequalities she’s noticed in Nashville, claiming that male artists usually get away with behaviour that ladies could be scrutinised for.
Talking on Rolling Stone’s Nashville Now podcast, she stated: “Particularly within the nation world, males, for probably the most half, can do no incorrect. In the meantime, Dasha will help Kane Brown on his UK and Eire enviornment tour this October.
The run kicks off on October 3 at Dublin’s 3Arena and wraps at London’s OVO Enviornment Wembley on October 10.
