What a pleasure to see increasingly more veterans launch music once more. This time, Roots veteran Sylford Walker has launched his new album Good Encouragement on Sunvibes Music. The venture, produced by Leon Cameron and combined by Roberto Sánchez, dropped on Might 10, 2024, and is on the market digitally and as a 2LP vinyl.
The album options ten tracks, together with Era of Viper, Burn Babylon, Lambsbread, Good to Be Alive, and the title observe Good Encouragement. Visitor appearances come from Oba Simba on Mind Meals and his cousin Rachaad Amarjii on Jah Golden Pen. The vinyl version additionally consists of dub variations of a number of cuts.
Backing vocals have been supplied by Rosie B and Tasha Fyah, with mastering by DJ Sappo. Recording periods happened at Oba Simba Studio and Mikey Studio.
