Helen George did not realise she’d really swim with sharks on Shark! Superstar Infested Waters.

Helen’s fears meant she was behind the likes of Lucy Punch, Sir Lenny Henry, Ross Noble, Ade Adepitan and Dougie Poynter in her coaching and at one level, she thought she would not be capable to participate as she wasn’t positive she’d move her PADI (Skilled Affiliation of Diving Instructors) qualification.
